A keratin treatment coats and smooths the hair, filling the cuticle and sealing it. Frizz drops sharply, drying time falls, and curl loosens without disappearing. It wears off gradually rather than growing out along a line — which is the key practical difference from Japanese Thermal Straightening.

We offer both a full treatment lasting three to four months and an express blowout lasting six to ten weeks. The express version is a lighter, faster option, useful before an event or as a first try.

Keratin or Japanese Thermal Straightening?

Keratin coats, loosens texture and washes out over months. JTS restructures the hair permanently and grows out at the root. Keratin is reversible by attrition; JTS is not reversible at all.

How long does it really last?

The full treatment three to four months, the express blowout six to ten weeks. Both depend heavily on how you wash it.

Will my hair be poker straight?

No. Smoother, faster to dry and far less frizzy — but with movement.

Can I colour my hair as well?

Yes, with sequencing. Bring your colour plans to the consultation.

How soon can I wash it?

Is it safe for coloured hair?

Generally yes, and it often improves the look of coloured hair by sealing the cuticle. Condition is assessed first.
