Let’s talk first
New clients book by phone. It isn’t red tape — it’s so we can ask about your hair, its history and what you’re after, then set aside the right amount of time with the right stylist. Booking a two-hour slot for five hours of work helps nobody.

Before you come in
- Bring photos. What you want, and if something went wrong elsewhere, what happened. Both help more than a description.
- Know your hair’s history. What’s been on it and roughly when — box dye included. Accuracy matters more than embarrassment.
- Allow time. Colour correction, extensions and thermal straightening can run most of a day. We’ll tell you the real number at consultation.
- Consultations are free. And for the technical services, they’re required. We won’t quote work we haven’t seen.
